Job Description

ProAmpac is a leading global flexible packaging company with comprehensive product offerings. Our Seattle, WA plant, located in Auburn, has an opening on our Customer Service team and we are searching for a customer focused office professional that enjoys being a key part of a small but dynamic team. In this role, you are the liaison to our customers and responsible for delivering a world-class experience. While this is a multifaceted position, the overall broad objective is to provide assistance and support to Plastic Packaging Sales internal and external customers resulting in complete customer satisfaction and increased sales.

Serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for orders from the stage of engineering/item setup to shipment and invoicing.

In this role you will:

  • Process customer orders.

  • Manage all customer interactions, inquiries (billing, deliver/order status, process), concerns and claims, credits and returns

  • Promote and cross-sell company products and services

  • Perform communication, administration & support functions

  • Participate in personal and team growth

Requirements

The most qualified candidates will have:

  • 4 years manufacturing Customer Service/Account Management experience, ideally with plastics or printed materials

  • Experience and subject matter expert in the products and the manufacturing process of the organizational products

  • Phenomenal administrative skills while multi-tasking and delivering a world-class customer service experience

  • Professional communication skills and problem solving abilities and the ability to build effective collaborative relationships

  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other applications

  • Experience working with ERP systems and customer order entry portals

  • Ability to read, interpret, follow and respond to written and verbal inquiries/requests and to calculate complex mathematical equations

  • Work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Outlook email and calendar capabilities.

  • Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.

  • Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
