The National Account Manager will be responsible for meeting the set goals and objectives by supporting existing customers, cultivating new opportunities and meeting/exceeding sales quotas while ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate must be strong with making good first impressions, as well as building relationships and enjoy finding and closing new opportunities.
Maintaining and expanding database of prospects and source new opportunities
Responsible for developing relationships with various levels of the organization, seeking out new business opportunities, and resolving quality issues
Skilled at negotiating and maintaining multi-year contracts with major customers through various terms
Partners with internal support and operational teams to coordinate necessary items for customer orders
Investigates and communicates quality issues and customer complaints while leveraging teams to resolve opportunities with a sense of urgency
Becomes a customer representative, establishing unique position by differentiating our corporate value to the customer
Demonstrates appropriate attitude in all dealings with coworkers, customers, and suppliers
Quickly identifies client needs and suggests appropriate products/solutions and close sales opportunities
Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Proactive and exercises sound judgment and decision making
Self-confident and self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment
Comfortability prospecting and completing meetings virtually (phone and video)
Able to work independently without guidance
Comfortability using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams and Outlook
