Job Duties

  • To assist the Operations Planning Manager with scheduling orders and ensuring material is available and assigned to orders

  • Scheduling production orders

  • Create rework orders daily

  • Create production packets

  • Distribute schedules to all production floor

  • Participate in physical inventory and location check

  • Analyze orders against the production spec sheet to insure accuracy

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Have strong writen and verbal communication skills

  • Math skills + logical reasoning

  • Ability to problem solve and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Work in a safe productive manner

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent

  • Manufacturing background preferred

  • Scheduling background a plus
