This role will support ProAmpac with activities needed for capacity planning, onboarding of new business and optimization of plant core business. This role also supports inventory optimization by analyzing data and presenting findings to leaders. In addition, they will do the following -
Manage new and existing customer onboarding projects from initial trial phase through commercialization, which includes preparing action item registers, leading cross functional teams, and managing timelines.
Complete forecast data maintenance in Forecasting Software (Logility) to ensure accurate capacity planning
Perform regular data analysis and create easily interpreted spreadsheets/tools to optimize data flow
Perform inventory analyses and reporting in various frequencies (weekly, monthly, as well as analyzing Days on Hand data for facilities
Facilitate intercompany transfers where needed
College degree in related field
3 to 5 years of experience
Experience with Supply Chain preferred but not required
Strong analytical abilities with experience in Microsoft Excel
Ability to communicate effectively with leadership, staff, and internal and external clients
Strong time management and organization skills; able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Self-motivated and proactive professional that thrives in a fast-paced environment
