Position Summary

The primary duty of the IT Applications Support Analyst is to assist internal and external customers with solutions to their application and system issues including the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems and supporting applications.

Essential Duties and Tasks

  • Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges.

  • Analyze business processes and develop requirements.

  • Maintain a knowledge base through proper, accessible documentation on business analytic processes including data quality controls, field mappings, and training materials.

  • Troubleshoot and identify potential solutions to application issues.

  • Learn business processes/functions to effectively research cause, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across all modules.

  • Become familiar with standard project management practices.


Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s in computer science or related field preferred.

  • 1-3 years’ experience in Information Technology

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), and Outlook email and calendar capabilities.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, listening ability and patience.

  • Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience.

  • Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.

  • Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.

  • Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
