We are growing and have multiple openings within our Manufacturing groups at our Cincinnati, OH facility. Our Machine Operating roles are the foundation of our manufacturing process by producing bags for our customers and end-users. Think about the products you order online and the package they arrive in upon delivery!

Roles Available:

Extrusion: Where it all begins! This position creates the plastic film used to make the bags.

Converting: This is our largest function. This is taking the film and "converting" it into a bag.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Running Equipment

  • Following Instructions

  • Cleaning Equipment

  • Minimizing Scrap

  • Ensuring Compliance

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts (2 days on 2 days off rotating schedule, plus overtime)

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong mathematical and measurement skills

  • Ability to work well in a team and as an independent contributor

  • Minimum 2-year manufacturing experience is highly preferred

  • Ability to work a rotating 12-hour work schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, etc.)
