We currently have entry level openings for Converting (Paper) Assistant Operators at our Cincinnati manufacturing facility. We are growing and will have opportunities for you to grow with us. We have openings on both 1st Shift: 8 am to 4 pm or 2nd Shift: 4 pm to Midnight. You will assist paper bag machine operators with packing and inspecting bags in a safe manner and producing quality product with minimal scrap, meeting production schedules and keeping the work area clean while Machine Operators take breaks. This experience will prepare you for a future promotion into an Operator role. The starting pay for this role is up to $18.00/hour. The 2nd shift pays an additional shift premium of $1.25/hour.   • ‚ÄčAbility to work overtime (up to 10 hour days, plus on Saturday)

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

  • Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience is highly preferred
