Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Intern to join our Sales Team at ProAmpac. The Sales Intern will be responsible for supporting our sales efforts through various tasks including cold calling, networking map development, customer analysis, and KPI reporting. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in sales strategy and customer relationship management within the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential customers and identify new business opportunities.

  • Develop networking maps to visualize potential verticals, functional groups, and departments for business expansion.

  • Create customer maps based on existing client data to identify untapped market segments.

  • Compile and present consolidated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assist the sales team in decision-making.

  • Perform financial analysis on top business sites and customers to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Accompany sales team on 1-2 customer visits to gain real-world experience and insight into client interactions.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Finance, Communication, Marketing, or Engineering.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to adapt to different situations and personalities.

  • Comfortable speaking to large groups and delivering presentations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
