Hours:

• Monday - Friday 8 hrs shift (1st, 2nd and 3rd)

Major Function:

Responsible to operate converting bag machines in a safe manner and produce quality product with minimal scrap, meet production schedules and keep work area clean.

Primary Duties:

• Perform timely and thorough quality checks throughout the shift and record them on your shift report. Packer/Inspectors are required to perform quality checks every ½ hour.

• Perform any light maintenance that is needed on machine and communicate major issues to supervisor/lead person.

• Run and catch on a machine or run 2-3 machines with help of an assistant.

Qualifications

• Availability Monday - Friday 8 hrs shift (1st, 2nd and 3rd)

• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Warehouse or factory experience preferred.

• Must be able to lift 50lbs.

• Printing and Lamination experience is preferred.
