Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent. High School level math, reading, writing and comprehension.

  • 2 years of manufacturing administrative work experience, Knowledge of production processes and related manufacturing.

  • Ability to perform under pressure.

  • Clearly and actively communicate with affected parties in a timely manner.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.

  • Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.

  • Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

  • Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.

  • Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment..

Requirements

This position is responsible to meet the goals and objectives of the organization by creating and maintaining accurate, detailed daily production and/or team member schedules. This role supports facility readiness, changeover and maintenance project schedules.

Essential Duties and Tasks

  • Knows and follows all safety policies and procedures.

  • Commitment, awareness, and involvement pertaining to ISO and food safety practices.

  • Develop site manufacturing, production and/or team member schedules for effective day to day operations and supports planning activities for long term timelines, while meeting regulatory requirements.

  • Work closely with production management to ensure production goals are met, recommends schedule changes due to machine or labor shortage.

  • Responsible to reconcile planned vs actual schedules.

  • Responsible to adjust schedules to meet unforeseen conditions and communicate clearly to all teams and management.

  • Control workflow to maximize available capacity and effective use of labor, tools, and equipment.

  • Drives issue resolution for production success and reports status to team and manager.

  • Engages in identifying and contributing to improvement initiatives with the goal of increasing facility performance.

  • Track, maintain and report data timely.

  • All other duties as needed.
