ProAmpac Holdings, Inc. Machine Operator - 12-Hr Shifts in Forest City, North Carolina

If you have previous experience in manufacturing and a stable work history , we want to hear from you!

  • Responsible for the set up and operation of bag machines to produce a quality product that meets or exceeds customers’ requirements.

  • Trouble shoot & repair mechanical breakdowns & perform adjustments as necessary.

  • Perform bag machine change-overs as required while adhering to standards.


  • Must have good attendance and stable work history

  • Ability to work overtime as needed; including weekends & holidays

  • Be proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; with the ability to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options
