Description
Perform facility orientation, introduction to supervisor and coworkers, time clock, and operation.
Train employees to quality and safety standards, initiate training tracker paperwork, monitor training process, report any deficiencies, reinforce good behavior and results.
Promote safety awareness throughout the entire facility.
Complete daily safety observations.
Communicate with all employees to create open dialogue.
Assist supervisors and managers with administrative duties.
Will be an active participant of the Safety Committee.
Conduct monthly safety audits and observations for each department.
Perform bag quality inspections – must be able to judge color.
Assist with document control as needed.
Communicate external and internal issues relevant to the performance QMS.
Perform packer and/or helper duties as needed.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed, including Saturdays and holidays.
Perform other duties as assigned.
