Brief description of the role below:

ProAmpac is seeking a Customer Service Rep/Account Specialist who is detail-oriented, ambitions, curious, a self-starter, a critical-thinker and possesses great written and verbal communication skills.

In this role you will be assisting multiple production sites and will need to be responsive with good time management. This role requires you to professionally engage with customers to understand and meet customer needs, offering advice and guidance on products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions.

You will manage various sales-related administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and reporting to support efficient operations. Along with overseeing order fulfillment processes from entry to delivery, monitoring progress and addressing any issues or delays; amongst other duties. (This is not a call center position)

Qualifications, Education and Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in an account management role preferred

  • 2 years of manufacturing Customer Service experience or experience with the same or similar product manufacturing processes a plus

  • Experience with the manufacturing process of the organizational products

  • Ability to read, interpret, follow and effectively respond to written and verbal inquiries/requests

  • Ability to build effective collaborative relationships

  • Work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams, and Outlook

  • Intermediate Excel skills

Work Schedule

  • This is a first shift position with occasional work outside of normal business hours based on customer demand

Location:

  • This is a Hybrid Position.

  • The majority of the work will be conducted remotely; however, the first 6 months would involve some travel to a ProAmpac production site

  • Ability to occasionally commute to one of the following production sites is preferred: Fort Worth. TX, Mobile, AL, Tulsa, OK, Walden, NY, Portland, OR, Forest City, NC

Wages:

  • $21 - $26/hour BOE

  • Discretionary bonuses & commissions
