Hours:

• 2nd Shift| 2pm-12am| Monday - Thursday

• **Mandatory OT on Fridays at Supervisor Discretion

Wage:

• Starting wage: $19-$21+/hour based on experience

• *$1/Hour Shift Premium

Major Function:

• To correctly prepare (lay out) the printing plates for the jobs to be ran on the presses.

• Read blueprints and utilize measuring tools

• Identify mounting priorities of jobs on the schedule

• Clean, organize, and maintain all printing sleeves and sleeve inventory

• Communicate with the mounter from the previous shift.

• Reorder plates as needed.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to read blueprints | read and record measurements

• Previous printing press or plate mounting experience is a plus

• Climb stairs, stand, lift up to 50lbs

• Exposure to inks coatings, and solvents.
