A reliable, detail focused & dedicated individual with a background in manufacturing
Open to entry level or experienced candidates
Previous plate mounting, pre-press, printing or flexographic printing experience is a plus

Hours:
2nd Shift| 2pm-12am| Monday - Thursday
**Mandatory OT on Fridays at Supervisor Discretion
Wage:
Starting wage: $19-$21+/hour based on experience
*$1/Hour Shift Premium
Major Function:
To correctly prepare (lay out) the printing plates for the jobs to be ran on the presses.
Read blueprints and utilize measuring tools
Identify mounting priorities of jobs on the schedule
Clean, organize, and maintain all printing sleeves and sleeve inventory
Communicate with the mounter from the previous shift.
Reorder plates as needed.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read blueprints | read and record measurements
Previous printing press or plate mounting experience is a plus
Climb stairs, stand, lift up to 50lbs
Exposure to inks coatings, and solvents.
