Who we are looking for:

  • Highly Skilled Senior Maintenance techs looking for an opportunity to work at a facility with collaborative culture servicing unique industrial machines that produce essential products. Experience in the packaging industry servicing flexographic printing presses and blown film extruders is a plus. Sound electrical background and success trouble shooting PLCs and working on industrial motor controls for 5+ years is required.

  • Mid-Level maintenance Techs that possess a strong mechanical background. These candidates would assist with facility maintenance, working on preventative maintenance and honing their skill to service our machines in the process. Strong mechanical aptitude with previous maintenance or manufacturing maintenance experience of 1+ years is desired.

Wage

  • $28 - $33/hour (based on experience)

  • $4 shift premium for 2nd shift

  • $ time and a half Saturday and Double time Sunday for our Weekend shift

Hours:

  • First Shift (Monda - Friday)

  • Monday - Thursday: 5am - 3pm (10 hour shift)

  • Friday: 6am - 12pm (6 hour shift)

  • Second Shift (Monday - Friday)

  • Monday - Thursday | 3pm – 1am (10 hour shift)

  • Fridays | 12 - 6pm (6 hour shift)

  • $4/hour Shift Premium

  • Weekend (C) Shift

  • Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 6am - 6pm

  • Time and a half Sat and double time on Sun

Major Job Function:

  • This position has the responsibility and will be accountable for providing the necessary services to repair and maintain the facility and equipment, to enable the production of products and meet customer and internal specifications with regard to quality, timeliness and cost effectiveness. The qualified candidate must have in depth troubleshooting skills.

Requirements

Requirements| Qualifications | Education | Experience

  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum 5 years of previous industrial mechanical experience for our senior tech position. Will consider less for entry/mid-level positions.

  • Experience with PLCs and Industrial Motor Controls

  • Electrical experience a huge plus

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to operate within a team environment

  • The qualified candidate must have in depth troubleshooting skills
