ProAmpac is currently seeking a Forklift Driver for the Mobile, AL facility. Safety is our top priority and ProAmpac's culture is one of people first! This position will be responsible for the following in an organized work area. • Inspects and fuels Lift and Clamp Trucks * Validates Bill of Materials for incoming and outgoing shipments * Loads and unloads Trailers, Containers and Rail Cars * Warehouses incoming goods * Stages Production Materials (Paper, Baler Bags, Paste, Boxes, Pallets, etc.) * Transfers Finished Goods from Production area to Staging area * Scans Finished Goods into Warehouse locations * Scans and stages outgoing Shipments * Transfers Baled Waste from Baler to Warehouse * Maintains Warehouse order * Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications, Education and Experience * Must be 18 years of age or older * High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent * Ability to work second or third shifts * Stable work history( 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred) * Must be able to demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot problems * Must be able to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check Key Competencies * Safety Awareness * Team Player * Technical Capacity * Communication Proficiency * Attention to Detail * Organized * Dependable * Self Directed Work Environment Work primarily in a climate controlled indoor environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
