This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with interest in Accounting to join a dynamic organization as a Accounts Payable Associate. They will be responsible for preparing and processing amounts owned by ProAmpac to customers and clients, while also inputting all relevant data into accounting system to generate reports. This is a hybrid position, with the ability to flex working from home and in our facility in the Fox Valley. In addition to the above responsibility, they will handle the following:

  • Preparing and distributing vendor invoices for approval of payment according to organizational policies

  • Reconciling amounts owned by comparing invoices to other records

  • Entering invoice data into accounting system

  • Responding to vendor inquiries, researching, and resolving discrepancies when needed


  • High School Diploma or general education degree

  • 0 – 2 years of relevant experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills; need to be able to manage multiple ongoing tasks and projects

  • Strong communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills to effectively collaborate with staff and clients

  • Comfortability using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Teams and Outlook

  • Self-confident, motivated professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment
