Job Responsibilities

ProAmpac is seeking a L0 IT Service Desk Member to join the Team! You'll be responsible for providing end-user support via phone, email, portal and chat to known problems, setting up hardware and installing software solutions. In addition, you'll do the following -

  • Serve as the first point of contact to users for various issues associated with computer hardware, software, and telecommunication

  • Answer and triage incoming calls to the Help Desk by utilizing all available resources to provide first-call resolution or escalate to appropriate functional areas as required

  • Document, track, and monitor the progress of incidents to ensure timely resolution. Work effectively and collaboratively with users, coworkers, and other functional groups

  • Ensure outstanding end-user support is provided, including ongoing monitoring of Service Level Agreements for incident management and collaboration with other areas to ensure customer-centered incident management and support

  • Provide Depot Services for imaging, maintaining and supplying hardware for deployment



  • Previous experience supporting IT Service Desk requests (1 to 3 years)

  • Comfortability using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, SharePoint and Outlook

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Self-confident and self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment

  • Good problem-solving skills; ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it

  • Ability to work with or without direct supervision

  • Friendly presence and helpful attitude
