Communicates policies to employees via meetings and orientations
Conducts product quality audits
Special projects(SOP development, data collection, waste analysis, safety/environmental studies)
Procures product samples
Monitors activities affecting environmental compliance
Addresses Quality complaints from a technical viewpoint
Maintain SQF compliance
Assist in the completion of Root Cause investigations for safety and quality related issues
Assist in the development and implementation of corrective actions for safety and quality related issues
Assist in data collection for Pareto Charts and other quality information
Testing of raw material as required by individual processes or customer requirements
Monitor all rework/reclaim processes with accurate completion of required paperwork.
Participate in internal audit procedures and documentation
Audit of the production lines to insure adherence to quality requirements per customer requirements and or internal requirements
Enforce safety and procedural rules on relative peers in a live environment
Communicate expectations to a broad spectrum of management and staff in a live environment
Independently complete tasks and projects with minimal need for constant oversight
Other duties may be assigned as required by management.
Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Proficient with Microsoft applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing to all levels of the organization.
Ability to deliver training to other employees in a manner that people can understand.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
Understand and be able to perform sampling using aseptic technique
Ability to use a tape measure
