Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare orders to ship to customers

• Ensure products are shipped in order by comparing production reports and purchase order

• Inspect and document all in and outbound trucks and deliveries, ensuring compliance with food safety

• Use computerized systems for shipping and receiving

• Organize inbound and outbound inventory

• Work with Sales department on shipping and receiving related issues

• Perform physical inventory

• Operate forklift in accordance with safety regulations

• Maintain and clean all shipping and receiving equipment

• Maintain and clean Shipping and loading docks

• Provide input to improve current department procedures

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete reports and follow GMP and SOPs

• Provide support to other areas of production as needed

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic math skills

• Willing and able to be certified as a forklift driver

• Willing and able to work weekends and overtime as needed

• Excellent driving records and Clean MVR
