Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the development review process for the external customer and acts as a liaison to all departments in the development review process

  • Plans and coordinates Pre-Flight meetings for Material Creation

  • Provides information and recommendations to the Planning Manager as necessary to assist and advise in resolving development issues and improving processes

  • Initiates, plans, executes, monitors, controls and finalizes special projects


  • Must be available to work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

  • Must be able to work overtime as needed.

  • Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
