We are growing and have a leadership opening within our Repro dept at our Rocky Mount, VA facility.
As the Repro Supervisor you will oversee, coach and develop crew members in the department as required. You will also plan and execute the daily work activities for all personnel in assigned areas. You will utilize the equipment and material at hand to meet predetermined quality and safety standards and maintain an efficient operation with the established standards for cost, quality, labor, material, safety, and housekeeping.

Mentors, coaches, and oversees the work of the team to meet safety, operational, and quality needs.
Input in establishing goals and metrics in alignment of organizational strategy and effectively communicates to team

3+ years of people leadership experience.
Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills to communicate and coordinate effectively with leadership, staff and external clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office systems to run reports and track inventory levels, communicate with customers and schedule shipments.
Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive employee information.
Ability to stand constantly, excellent hand-eye coordination skills, strong mechanical skills and the ability to lift and load weights up to 50 pounds.
Identified candidates must be able to work overtime (daily, weekends and holidays).
