  • Verify/keep record of incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipping.

  • Entering current PO’s into the system.

  • Compares and identifies information on BOL’s such as counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.

  • Keeping inventory of various items within the warehouse department ensuring no shortages occur.

  • Unpack and examine incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and/or shortages.

  • Scheduling of inbound and outbound shipments.

  • Maintaining manifest and receiving roll stock.

  • High School GED or Diploma

  • Associate’s Degree from an accredited college preferred

  • Two or three years of work experience in a related industry

  • Must complete Safety Orientation, Departmental Safety Training and OSHA Standards Training

  • Work experience with computers and other business equipment
