Operate assigned printing press as needed.
Take direction from Press Operators.
Coordination of duties with Press Operator to minimize waste and downtime.
Shop floor data input.
General Cleaning on Wash up and Set-up (i.e. sink work).
Preparing for upcoming jobs.
Retrieving ink from inventory.
Staging of ink and plates.
Retrieving and cutting cores as needed.
Empty trash/Food waste bins as needed.
Other duties as designated as assigned
Work primarily in a non-climate controlled indoor environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Hearing protection, safety shoes and vision protection required.

Climbing Stairs, Bending, Twisting, Reaching, Pushing, Pulling and Squatting.
Walking or standing on concrete floors.
Lifting is minimal, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Ability to operate heavy equipment/machinery safely.
Shift formats vary (8 hours, 12 hours, nights, days)
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one-year flexographic printing experience.
Work independently and as part of a team and effectively communicate.
Exceptional time management and organization skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
