Job Description:
Responsible for preventive and reactive maintenance to all equipment in the production facility and building.
Duties Include, But Are Not Limited to the following:
Maintain current production equipment, working with operations and engineering
Mechanical / Electrical / Pneumatic troubleshooting
Equipment p.m.’s
Routine changeovers
Routine grounds maintenance
Participation in continuous improvement programs

Work Environment
Work primarily in a non-climate controlled indoor environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Hearing protection, safety shoes and vision protection required.

Climbing Stairs, Bending, Twisting, Reaching, Pushing, Pulling and Squatting.
Walking or standing on concrete floors.
Lifting is minimal, occasionally up to 40 lbs.
Shift formats vary (8 hours, 12 hours, nights, days)
Requirements
Required Experience :
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to work “off . -shifts” and overtime as required
Requires basic mechanical skills
Requires basic knowledge of electrical control circuits
Able to troubleshoot PLC systems.
Communication skills with production personnel
Ability to read micrometers and calipers
Ability to perform numerical calculations
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have 1-2 years’ experience working in the capacity as a mechanic
