  • Operate assigned printing press as needed.

  • Take direction from Press Operators.

  • Coordination of duties with Press Operator to minimize waste and downtime.

  • Shop floor data input.

  • General Cleaning on Wash up and Set-up (i.e. sink work).

  • Preparing for upcoming jobs.

  • Retrieving ink from inventory.

  • Staging of ink and plates.

  • Retrieving and cutting cores as needed.

  • Empty trash/Food waste bins as needed.

  • Other duties as designated as assigned

Work Environment

Work primarily in a non-climate controlled indoor environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Hearing protection, safety shoes and vision protection required.

  • Climbing Stairs, Bending, Twisting, Reaching, Pushing, Pulling and Squatting.

  • Walking or standing on concrete floors.

  • Lifting is minimal, occasionally up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to operate heavy equipment/machinery safely.

  • Shift formats vary (8 hours, 12 hours, nights, days)


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum one-year flexographic printing experience.

  • Work independently and as part of a team and effectively communicate.

  • Exceptional time management and organization skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, establishing priorities to meet deadlines.

  • Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.

  • Self-confident, self-motivated

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
