Operate printing press.
Ensure print design conforms to job jacket information.
Completion of product reports and Quality Assurance sheets for each job.
Print sample retention.
Notifies Production Supervisor/Press Lead and Quality Assurance Technician of non-conformities.
Responsible for proper packaging and labeling of work in-process and/or finished product.
Inspect and ensure that raw materials have been approved for use.
Ensure all bench top test and measuring equipment are properly calibrated.
Identification and control of Non-conforming material.
Set-up and Clean-up machine.
Work Environment
Work primarily in a non-climate controlled indoor environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Hearing protection, safety shoes and vision protection required.

Climbing Stairs, Bending, Twisting, Reaching, Pushing, Pulling and Squatting.
Walking or standing on concrete floors.
Lifting is minimal, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Ability to operate heavy equipment/machinery safely.

Shift(s):
2nd Shift - 1 opening - 3pm - 11pm
3rd Shift - 4 openings - 11pm - 7am
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum two-year flexographic printing experience.
Work independently and as part of a team
Ability to effectively communicate.
Exceptional time management and organization skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
Self-confident, self-motivated
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
