ProAmpac is in need of a strong HR Director to join the growing team! They will oversee the execution of HR processes, policies and programs - either personally or with the HR Team. In addition, they will:

  • In collaboration with Leadership, develop and implement organizational policies around people resources

  • Contribute to strategic planning, direction and goal setting

  • Provide leadership and support to multiple locations

  • Oversee execution of Performance Management Process

  • Responsible for Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Retention of employees

  • Provide input to support Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit Programs

  • Evaluate current and future workforce needs using analyses


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development

  • 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster teamwork and build collaborative relationships

  • Strong working knowledge of HR processes

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, and Outlook

  • Exceptional time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

  • Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment
