We currently have an open Maintenance Coordinator position available at our Walden, NY facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update inventory records in FIIX.

  • Enter new work orders in FIIX and track to completion.

  • Update inventory records in FIIX with consumable parts used and close record.

  • Meet daily (AM) with Maintenance Manager to assign WO’s.

  • Generate inventory tags, update inventory in FIIX and put in stock.

  • Perform routine cycle counting of consumable parts and adjust inventory in FIIX.

  • Generate purchase orders to order supplies and consumable parts for business stakeholders. .

  • All other tasks assigned by Manager.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Outlook.

  • Experience working with / or around machinery, moving parts or relevant auto / truck parts experience preferred.

  • Must be able to read and understand written directions.

  • Must be a self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision.

  • Must be able to adhere to company policy, safety rules and regulations, and wear PPE.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with vendors and co-workers via phone /email is required.
