Position Summary
This position will be responsible for stocking machine centers with rolls of paper, film, foil, non-woven fabrics and boxed resin. Receive and ship materials and finished goods. Pump resin from hopper car to silos.
Essential Duties and Tasks
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made, upon request, to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Monitor all production machines and stock with raw materials and work-in-process as needed, using clamp and/or fork trucks.
Use handheld scanners and desk top computers for maintaining machine schedules, transferring material and to process paperwork
Receive raw materials using clamp and/or fork trucks.
Ship finished goods using clamp and/or fork trucks.
Pump resin from hopper cars to silo.
Remove, sort and recycle scrap waste
May be required to perform other housekeeping and/or other manufacturing related functions as required by Management.
Required to drive the company owned/leased truck between plant locations.
Work Environment
Work primarily in a non-climate controlled indoor environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
Hair nets, beard nets, safety glasses, ear plugs, and safety shoes are required to be worn on the production floor. Jewelry of any kind (including stud earrings, facial piercings, and wedding bands), hooded sweatshirts and t-shirts with pockets are not allowed on the production floor. If you require a medical ID bracelet it must be of the breakaway kind.

Climbing Stairs, Bending, Twisting, Reaching, Pushing, Pulling and Squatting.
Walking or standing on concrete floors.
Lifting is minimal, occasionally up to 40 lbs.
Ability to operate heavy equipment/machinery safely.

Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Good math and reading skills required.
Work independently and as part of a team, effectively communicate, good math and mechanical skills, get along with others, positive attitude and well organized.
Valid state issued driver’s license.
Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
Self-confident, self-motivated individual who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
