Position Summary

Responsible for assisting Quality department with various reporting tasks.

Essential Duties and Tasks

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made, upon request, to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Fills out and sends Manual Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and Certificates of Compliance (COCs) daily. Diagnoses why automated COAs/COCs are not sent and rectifies

  • Compiles and maintains accurate Work Instructions for all COA/COC documents by Customer

  • Enter Customer Complaints (CCFs) and follow-up on open complaints to drive resolution

  • Maintains/Updates Quality Test Reports (QTRs) as required

  • Audits inbound supplier documentation and verifies COAs are received

  • Supports Quality Supervisor in documentation around Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) for Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs)

  • Acts as internal auditor as needed

  • Participate in and actively audit the facility and its documents to verify compliance and areas for improvement for SQF, ISO, Customer, and Internal standards

  • Backfill Production Admin on an as-needed basis

Requirements

Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • 1-3 years related professional experience

  • Education: College degree preferred

  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Internet)

  • Statistical knowledge preferred

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to promptly follow up on issues through resolution

  • Excellent listening skills and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and multi-task

  • Must be able to work in a team environment
