We are actively seeking a winder operator to join our growing team. If you are a Winder Operator looking for a new opportunity with a leading packaging company, ProAmpac is looking for you to join our team!

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Review all documentation related to Product Quality (i.e. Winder Instructions, Schedules, Customer Order, Customer Concerns).

  2. Notify Supervisor if non-conforming material is produced.

  3. Ensure Product Quality conforms with Quality Audit Specifications.

  4. Responsible for maintaining production information reporting.

  5. Monitor and verify on-line critical instruments calibration.

  6. Responsible for inspection of finished product.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Prior operation of same or similar equipment preferred.

  • Work independently and as part of a team, effectively communicate, get along with others, positive attitude and well organized

  • Prior experience in the Winding Department
