Job Description

We are seeking a responsible, experienced professional to join our talented Account Specialist team.

In this role, you would be responsible for resolving customer questions and concerns by investigating and independently resolving issues. The ideal candidate will act as a resource for internal and external contacts regarding order issues and service, maintain a positive working relationship with clients, be the point of contact for customers regarding order entry and status, facilitate shipments, and possess the ability to thrive in the face of adversity in an ever-changing market.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate would possess the following skills, qualifications, and abilities:

  • Associate degree in a related field.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Experience dealing with both internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment.

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to navigate tough conversations while achieving the best possible outcomes for all involved.

  • Comfortably work as part of a team or independently as needed.

  • Ability to see projects through to completion with little or no direction.

  • Positive attitude with a desire to provide exceptional service.

  • Ability to learn quickly and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
