It allows employees to seek advice from a medical professional, from the comfort of their own home. Within a couple of minutes, my daughter was on a Facetime with a doctor. A short call later, we were on our way to pick up her prescription. This was an incredibly quick process, and all happened before her doctor’s office opened.
