Description

Qualifications and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Prior relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.

  • Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized multitasker.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Check-in and welcome visitors

  • Process, sort, and route incoming/outgoing mail and packages

  • Daily tabulation and entry of fiber for production and billing

  • Process daily shipment totals

  • Follow all A/P and freight invoices to completion

  • Manages A/P, fiber, and purchase order files

  • Performs additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
