What You’ll Do:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor rewinder machinery for optimal performance

  • Load materials, adjust settings, and calibrate equipment for production runs

  • Inspect materials and monitor output to ensure quality and accuracy

  • Track inventory and manage work-in-progress materials

  • Troubleshoot minor issues and perform routine maintenance

  • Train and support Rewind Assistants and new crew members

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

  • Complete production and quality documentation

  • Collaborate with technicians, supervisors, and quality teams

  • Fill in on additional duties as needed

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience operating a rewinder

  • Solid mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Commitment to safety and quality standards

Compensation for this role is $24-30 based on experience.
